Pussycat Dolls to Fencing and everything in between

This week I have photographed Pilates classes, Pussycat Dolls Cabaret, Hip Hop, Yoga, Capoeira, Tennis, Handball, Fencing, Basketball, Salsa and Argentine Tango and I have loved it! It's really cool doing something different, and some of these classes I never knew existed! Here are a few photographs...

Pussycat Dolls Cabaret class was really fun. Kim the instructor told everyone that regardless of how their day has been, or whether they are wearing $6 trackies from the Warehouse or have a huge annoying pimple... when they step out of the room from class they will be transformed into SEXY and BEAUTIFUL girls who can walk with their heads held in confidence. Oh yeah. She was awesome! I think every girl needs some encouragement like that every now and then :)
They danced and learnt moves to Beyonce's new song 'Sweet Dreams' turned riiight up!
Check it out ....

Below was another interesting class, Capoeira- a 400 year old Afro-Brazillian art form that was developed as a form of expression and self defence by the African slaves in Brazil. It is Brazil's second largest sport after soccer! The instructors were strumming and playing all sorts of instruments to the beat of the distinctly tribal sounding music, everyone basically went across the room doing a move and then ran back to the other side to repeat!

Im off to Wellington tomorrow for 5 days for the NZ Institute of Professional Photographers (NZIPP) Conference! Check out
We are leaving at 6am... Im totally excited, haven't been to Wellington in years. And we get to stay in the Intercontinental Hotel!!!! Yay.
